With spring on the way temperatures aren’t the only things heating up. Auction activity is breaking out all over. SnapNames just reported a $335,000 sale in their latest monthly showcase auction and two other big events are underway - Domain Madness 2 and a GreatDomains online auction.

The new weekly domain sales report is out at DNJournal.com. One of the five biggest sales of 2010 took the top spot on our leader board and we also saw the year’s biggest .info sale to date. The ccTLDs also rocked again with five charted domains including one that hit #3 on the all extension Top 20 list.

Sedo and Verisign Teaming Up to Auction Off the Entire Available Catalog of Premium .TV Domains

Sedo announced today that they are teaming up with Verisign (the operator of the .tv registry) to stage an exclusive auction for the entire available catalog of 115 premium .tv domain names. Unlike other premium .tv domains, those sold in this auction will have a standard registry renewal fee. The online auction will run April 1-8.
