If Parking is Dead How Come A New Company Is Entering the Already Crowded Space?

Parking revenues have fallen so far over the past couple of years that some have declared parking to be dead. I wouldn’t go quite that far, but there is no denying that parking has become a critically ill patient. In this environment, no one would dream of starting up another parking company, right? Wrong!
