ICANN terminated Hosting365’s Registrar Accreditation Agreement (RAA) in November 2009 as a result of Hosting365’s failure to comply with the terms of the RSS. Notice of termination can be viewed here.

As a result of the termination, Hosting365 is no longer permitted to register or manage domain names and hence all existing domain names needed to be transferred to another registrar.
