With announcements yesterday and today, Neustar, the operator of the .BIZ registry, laid out plans to release all of their 1 & 2 character .BIZ domains. The company is also celebrating the news that Columbia has chosen their joint venture to run the .CO registry. Sunrise is expected to begin in the first quarter of 2010.
