A heavily advertised auction of geo-targeted real estate domains will be held Thursday in San Francisco - but will buyers show up? (There will be no online bidding). Meanwhile, the ICA warns ICANN could become “an unaccountable Internet regulator.” We thought they already were but it could get even worse.
