United Internet Buys United Domains Registrar

According to a report on Forbes.com, United Internet have agreed to buy internet domain registrar united-domains AG from Lycos Europe.
The deal will be settled in cash - the amount will be determined after united-domains posts its annual financial statements for its fiscal year but as things stand the deal is believed to be worth around 34 million euros ($45.11 million).
